TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All rates are quoted in US dollars per apartment per week or day, as specified.
The booking is confirmed when the payment is processed as follows: 50% at the reservation. Full pre-payment is required latest 2 weeks prior to arrival and no refund will be given thereafter.
Payment to be made by bank transfer only to Mekong Estate's swift bank account.
All prices are subject to change at two weeks prior notice.
No extra beds will be provided.
Children are welcome if above 14 years of age.
All above rates are net inclusive of breakfast, 10% govt. tax and transfer from and to airport.

Changing and cancellation policy

Others

Visa: tourist visa valid for 1 month can be obtained on arrival at the airports and some borders. Prolongation is available in travel agencies (on own account).
Insurances: on customer account. Mekong Estate declines all liabilities before and during the stay.
