Designed by a Lao architect and built in 2007, the Villa Saynam is exceptionally located on Mekong bank close to Luang Prabang. Its contemporary style and the space is absolutely attractive and photogenic.

The former royal city of Laos has been on UNESCO’s world heritage list since 1995 because of its exceptional stock of historical buildings, a happy marriage of traditional wooden houses, colonial style buildings and refined temples, and because of its unique relationship with nature.
OWNER-ARTIST EXHIBITION
Ratsamy Viphakone-Szafran was born in 1951. In 1975 like many of her compatriots, she left for France where she has been living since. After 20 years of being away, in 1995 she came to her motherland and through photography reconnected to what she thought had lost forever. Her work is exhibit all over the world. The Villa Saynam is her dream house on the Mekong River.
EXHIBITION IN SINGAPORE - 2008 - PAKOU CAVES
Closed to Luang Prabang, Pakou are the holly Caves where Buddhist devouts bring Buddha statues. Mostly in wood, they are few thousand to be exposed.
